Framed Poem #2

An original poem by me, typed on my vintage 1958 Olympia SM4 typewriter, framed in a thrifted gold and silver embellished frame. The matting is from a record sleeve inside an Eagles album, original pressing.
The poem reads:
"What I really want more than money or anything that money can buy or the burden and the concept of money altogether is to walk barefoot in the grass. I want to swim in a clear, cool stream and lay myself to dry on a warm rock at water’s edge. I want leaves falling to the forest floor, I want the song of the sleepy sugar maple on the wind. I want my face in the sun. I want my hands in the dirt. I want to forage for mushrooms and collect wildflowers to press between the pages of a spellbook. I want the garden and its harvest, the tree and its shade. I want sunsets and stars and serendipitous meetings on unbeaten paths. I want oak logs and cedar wood kindling. I want the smell of it in my hair and its light, exclusively. I want bodies huddled close and kindred, elaborate stories and deep sighs and long stretches of silence unwinding into the night. A slow life. A soft life. A life to savor on the tongue."
Frame measures 10x12 inches, artwork is roughly 8x10 Shipping is based on total weight.
Please note that because these frames are thrifted and the typewriter in vintage, there will be imperfections. This is part of the charm!
